Enter through the Coco Sands Courtyard and Villa #19 will be the third door on your right. Coco Sand Villas are conveniently located 5 blocks from the beach, a 10-minute ride to Port Canaveral, 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and 25 minutes to Patrick SFB.

As you step inside, bright colors welcome you into an open living/dining room and a full kitchen, complete with fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, pots, pans, and baking sheets. The Primary Bedroom has a sliding glass door to the backyard and en-suite, private bathroom with sink, full vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower. A private office with desk, chair, and TV allows for those who work remotely to be able to have quiet time, while the rest of the can guests enjoy the Villa.
