Coco Sands Cottage Unit 1
1 Bed/1 Bath Deluxe Suite with beach access on site. Cottage 1, while able to accommodate 4 adults, is best suited for 2 people. There is no ocean view from the cottage, but you will have private beach access without having to cross A1A, which makes it easy for those with children.
There is one queen-sized bed in the bedroom, which is separated by a sliding door. Private bathroom. Pullout queen-sized sofa bed. Full private kitchen. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. All linens, towels, and beach equipment are provided! Newly remodeled Beach Deck with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Grill on property for shared use among guests.

The living room has an expansive window with an ocean view and a pull-out couch. The master bedroom has an ocean view and a king-size bed, TV, mini fridge, and sink area with a separate entrance. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the living room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Cottage 7 is an absolute favorite among guests with large families who want the ultimate outdoor space!
